HOW TO MAKE PANDESAL l FLUFFY PANDESAL RECIPE
EASY PANDESAL WITHOUT BREAD MACHINE
TRADITIONAL PANDESAL RECIPE
CHEESE FILLED PANDESAL
FILIPINO BREAD ROLLS

Ingredients :

3 cups all-purpose flour
(or 2 cups all-purpose flour + 1 cup bread flour for fluffier bread)
¼ cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoon instant dry yeasts
2 tablespoons melted butter (or margarine)
1 cup fresh milk, lukewarm NOT  hot (or evaporated milk) 
 ¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten

For Cheese filled Pandesal:  cheese of your choice

Instructions:

(1) In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
(2)  Pour in lukewarm milk, egg and melted butter.  Mix well.
(3) Add instant dry yeast and fold until it forms into a sticky dough.
(4) Lightly sprinkle flour on your working surface. 
(5) Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
(6) Place the dough in an oiled bowl.
(7) Cover with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap.
(8) Let it sit in a warm area for an hour until it rises and doubled in size.
(9) Once the dough is risen, punch it down, transfer to a clean floured work surface.
(10) Divine into 2 equal parts. 
(11) Roll each into log.
(12) Divide each log into smaller pieces.
(13) Shape into a ball.
(14) Roll into the bread crumbs.

FOR CHEESE filled PANDESAL: Place the cheese at the center of your dough, secure it and shape into a ball.
(15) Then roll into the bread crumbs
(16) Arrange into the baking sheet(s)/ pan (s).  Make sure to leave gaps of at least .5-1 inch.
(17) Cover the pan again with a clean kitchen towel.  Place it in a warm place.  Let it sit for an hour to rise and double in size.
(18) Preheat the oven to 370 degrees F / 185 degrees C.
(19) Bake the Pandesal for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
(20) Remove from the oven.
(21) Fluffy Pandesal is now ready to be served !
